Music makes people happy. It promotes confidence, joy and critical thinking. Music promotes life skills; it does something that is good for the soul. At MOTOWN music school, we get to be a part of this by inspiring our students to keep playing the music they love.

Our Approach

We are focused on you and your needs. At first, we take the time to find what is important for you; your goals, your music. Then we offer a free trial lesson as it needs to be a good fit between the teacher and the student.

Are you happy with the way your lessons are going? From time to time, we check in with you to see how things are going. Could we be doing something differently that works better for you? Would you like to be placed in a band or orchestra? Is it time to be playing live music?

We can’t tell you what to like, but we can help you find what works for you as your needs change over time.
